Background
This client is a commercial flooring specialist. They came to us for a website redesign that would position them as a premium commercial flooring expert and increase website enquiries and conversions.
We redesigned the site with that positioning in mind and handled the SEO migration alongside it, so the move to the new site protected the search visibility they already had. The redesign was followed by an ongoing SEO campaign.
This is primarily a web design case, and the SEO campaign that followed is still building. The clearest early results are local: tracked from Manchester, “flooring contractors” has moved from position 16 to 2 and “local flooring companies” from 27 to 3.
The challenge
The client wanted to be seen as a premium commercial flooring expert and to turn more website visitors into enquiries. That meant a redesign, but the existing site carried search visibility that could not be put at risk in the move.
