Background
This client is a private oncology and radiotherapy centre. They came to us with a website that was in its infancy from a marketing perspective: it had next to no organic visibility, no authority in Google’s eyes and no rankings for the treatments they offer.
Our campaign has been about building that from the ground up. We increased the site’s overall authority, worked with the client on implementing and improving E-E-A-T signals (experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust), which matter more in healthcare than almost anywhere else, and ran a long-term content strategy anchored around their treatments and the conditions they treat.
The three-month year-on-year comparison shows where the site is now; the campaign itself started from near zero. Comparing the three months to September 2026 with the same period a year earlier, organic clicks are up 28%, from 3,430 to 4,380, and impressions are up 64%, from 417,000 to 682,000. Core treatment terms that were unranked now sit on Page 1: “radiosurgery” at position 5 and “gamma knife” at position 4.
The challenge
The client came to us with a website in its infancy from a marketing perspective: next to no organic visibility, no authority and no rankings for the treatments they specialise in, in a healthcare space where Google holds content to the highest standards of expertise and trust.
